Iberia Luggage Services

I finally received my bag from Iberia on Thursday 21 January 2010. I flew with Iberia from Madrid to London Heathrow on 3 January 2010 and my bag didn't make the trip with me. So I queued up and completed the necessary forms and my bag was finally delivered on Thursday this week.

It's a shame it took so long, but on the plus side it was as I left it. Just took a little while to get me.
