I didn't come back from the Epsom Derby too broke. Actually I didn't do to bad. Had a small bet on 6 of the 7 races and manage to pick the winner in two and a place in another two. So came away about £5 pounds down.

Having never been to the races I didn't know what to expect. There was a wide range of people. Some really dressed up and some where shorts and a t-shirt. Towards the end of the day, there was a young lady near us that had peed herself. I can't be 100% sure, because I didn't see it happen. But, from the stain on her pants it was pretty obvious that is what had happened.

When I say I wide range. I do mean a wide range. The Queen was even in attendance.
